Anyone can become a member of the FCVHOA, you don't need to be a FCV resident. Tennis Courts and Swimming Pool

The tennis courts of FCV are open year round to any dues paying member. A dues paying member may share the use of the tennis court with a non-resident guest whenever weather permits. Children under 9 are required to be accompanied by an adult. Skateboards, bicycles, skates, and other play toys required to have contact with the court's surface are prohibited. Proper tennis playing equipment and uniforms including rubber sole tennis type shoes are required.
