Neighbors, the board voted not to increase HOA membership dues for 2024, the convenience fee for all credit card transactions will increase to $9.00 for Class B,E,F and $3.00 for Class A Members. This convenience fee is to offset the cost to the HOA. Paying by cash or check will not include at fee. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact the Board of Directors for more information.
Why YOU Should Become a Member of FCV HOA
While most neighborhoods in Texas are mandatory HOAs that are run by corporate entities, French Creek Village is NOT.
The French Creek Village Homeowner's Association (FCVHOA) is completely voluntary to join and it's not limited to just residents of our neighborhood.
FCVHOA is run entirely by volunteers who are residents of the neighborhood. The funds collected from annual, one-time membership fees go toward our community landscaping, pool and tennis court maintenance, community buildings, annual neighborhood celebrations, and more.
Your support is crucial to maintain both the neighborhood facilities as well as the neighborhood traditions that have made French Creek Village unique and special for over 40 years!
Please take note, these dues are a one-time payment, NOT monthly.

What's the Difference Between Memberships?
CLASS A & CLASS B memberships are for French Creek Village homeowners.
CLASS F memberships are for residents of our neighboring Oaks of French Creek.
CLASS E memberships are extended for any neighborhoods outside of French Creek Village and Oaks of French Creek.
Can I Pay Online or With Check?
We host membership drives at the beginning of each year and pool season. During these membership drives, we will have neighborhood volunteers posted at the entrance of FCV or at the pool to help you make your membership dues payment.
If you miss our membership drives, there are three other ways to pay for your French Creek Village Homeowners Association fees:
PAY ONLINE RIGHT HERE. Contact Buddy Howard (210) 275-6783 or extelman@swbell.net to schedule a time to pick up your key to the pool/tennis courts. If you're a past member, please turn in your old key to Buddy.
IN-PERSON CREDIT CARD SWIPE. Contact the below board members to schedule a time to swipe your credit card in person. Be sure to download the French Creek Village HOA Membership Form and fill it out prior to meeting with them.

Are Dues Pro-Rated If I Just Moved Here?
New homeowners in the community since June 1 of the current calendar year, and this only applies for Class B Members living in French Creek Village, will be assessed a pro-rated fee schedule based on the remaining period of time in the current calendar year. Contact the Board of Directors for more information. We can accommodate special online payment OR you may pay by physical credit card swipe and/or by check.
